At The GP we offer a sustainable, results-focused weight management program. What truly sets us apart is our integrated approach: we include strengthening, stretching and lifestyle support delivered by our qualified team in small, motivating group classes. This helps protect muscle mass and dramatically improves long-term success. If indicated and clinically appropriate we use medications such as Wegovy (Semaglutide), Contrave (Naltrexone/Bupropion) or Mounjaro (Tirzepatide). Monthly follow-ups initially cover blood tests, dose adjustment and side-effect monitoring; once stable we move to relaxed 3-monthly reviews.

We support people with pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes through a structured program of targeted medication (when needed) and intensive lifestyle classes via The GP Club. Our clear goal is to help you achieve diet-controlled diabetes and remission where possible, reducing or eliminating medication reliance. Regular monitoring and coaching make sustainable change realistic and safe.

Erectile dysfunction is very common (about 20% overall when older than 30 years) and often an early warning sign of underlying health issues such as heart disease, diabetes, or low testosterone. Many men suffer in silence, but effective help is available.
At The GP we offer a discreet, doctor-led service that addresses the root causes rather than just the symptoms. Our approach combines:
Thorough medical assessment (including cardiovascular risk, hormone levels and lifestyle factors)
Lifestyle optimisation (weight loss, exercise, stress reduction)
Evidence-based medical treatments when appropriate (e.g. PDE5 inhibitors such as sildenafil - also known as Viagra - or tadalafil)
Support for confidence and relationship wellbeing
Everything is handled with complete confidentiality and respect. You can choose your level of support each month — from initial assessment to ongoing management.

Men have a significantly higher risk of melanoma and other skin cancers, yet often put off regular skin checks.
The GP offers professional mole scanning and skin cancer surveillance using DermEngine, a leading digital dermoscopy system. This allows for high-quality imaging, monitoring of changes over time, and accurate assessment of moles.
Our service includes:
Full-body mole mapping and digital dermoscopy in an up to 60 minute long apppointment
Detailed analysis of suspicious or changing moles
Ongoing monitoring with comparison of previous images
Regular skin checks are one of the most effective ways to detect skin cancer early. Whether you have a specific concerning mole or simply want peace of mind, you can book a thorough, GP-performed skin assessment.
Not rushed and after thorough evaluation a 20 minute follow-up consultation to discuss the results of your examination is included in the mole scan fee. This will also be the chance to discuss therapy options and initiate the indicated referrals for the appropriate treatment.

This consultation includes:
Detailed medical history and symptom review
Focused physical assessment (where clinically indicated)
Clinical assessment and reasoning
Discussion of possible diagnoses (where a clear diagnosis is possible)
Evidence-based treatment recommendations
Preventive health overview and lifestyle discussion
Time to answer your questions
Further investigations (laboratory, imaging, etc.) may be requested during this consultation where clinically appropriate to support assessment and planning.
Focused Consultation – $175
(20 minutes)
Ideal for follow-up visits, specific health concerns, acute problems, medication reviews, or simpler issues. This appointment provides focused, efficient care with enough time for proper assessment and clear next steps.
Note on our care model
We use a two-room care model for some appointments.
During certain passive therapies (such as acupuncture, cupping, or leg compression), once you are resting comfortably with treatment in place, I may briefly step into the adjacent room to attend to another patient before returning to complete your session. A call button is always provided within easy reach should you need any assistance.
The majority of every consultation, including your 60-minute GP appointment, is delivered with my full attention. Hands-on treatments (such as massage gun therapy) are provided without interruption.
If you prefer fully continuous one-on-one time with no interruptions, please mention this when booking and it will be accommodated where possible.
